As you are sitting at home reading this copy of
The Flaming Cauldron the ACC Association
must have your current postal address on file,
otherwise we would not be able to send you this
magazine. As a means of staying in touch with all
our members, we send out a physical copy of The
Flaming Cauldron twice a year. However, we are
unable to contact all our members by email as we
may not hold on record your email address. We do
not currently have email addresses for over 1,250 of
our members, could you be one of them?
Being able to communicate effectively with the
membership is probably the most important part of
the Association’s role. This could involve contacting
the entire membership about Corps Sunday for
example, an activity-based section of the Association
such as the Airborne Chefs or simply one individ-

address for you, simply go to our website at www.
ACCassociation.org and locate the panel on our
Home Page which asks “Does the Association have
your Email Address?” Just enter your email address
and click the “Submit” button, you will get an
instant report which confirmed whether we hold
an email address for you.
If your email address is not currently held in If we don’t hold the address submitted you will see a message
our membership database, you will see a message 2saying so, click on the link for the Membership Registration Form

If your email address is correct you need do
nothing further. However, if you have not regis-
tered an email address with the Association, or if
it is out-of-date, please make the necessary amend-
ment by clicking on the link to the Membership
Registration Form. You will be taken to the page
on the website, shown bottom right, where you can
update or amend any and all of your contact details.
Completing this simple form online will give
the Association your up-to-date contact details and
email address. You are also able to add your service
number, date of birth and confirm your agree-
ment for the ACC Association to hold your data
to ensure we are compliant with Data Protection
Regulations.
