          As usual, some of us met up on Friday
       night in the hotel, and once Asian started
       with sandbags and lanterns and copious
       amounts of alcoholic beverages. Our
       wives did likewise catching up amongst
       themselves as long friends do, for some
       wives this was their first reunion, but
       they were quickly accepted into the fold.
       A 70s and 80s disco was put on by the
       7th’s own DJ, Tim Blowers and his wife
       Elaine.  This immediately took us all
       back to the Thursday night Discos in the
       NAAFI, listening mainly to Northern
       Soul AND Motown.
