RSTU Squad (43rd Intake) Reunion Dinner
Held at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Durham on Friday 24th May 2024. By Gary Hughes
We met in the hotel bar for pre-dinner drinks
before being seated in the Cavil Suite for dinner
at 19:30hrs. Again, we could all choose our menu
from a selection of 3 starters, 3 mains and 3 desserts,
followed by cheeseboard, port and coffee/tea.
The meal was excellent, well presented and very
tasty. After toasting the King and absent friends
we had a couple of presentations before retiring
to the hotel bar for a nightcap or 3. I didn’t hear
one bad word said about a very enjoyable evening
spent with old comrades and their wives/partners.
We are already looking forward to our 2025 Reunion.
