       The Field of Dreams


       8th – 11th July 2022, by Bob Nicol

       The Field of Dreams is a Tri-Service event held annually in July at Haverthwaite
       in the Cumbrian Lake District situated only 4 miles from Lake Windermere and
       close to Ulverston, Grange over Sands and Cartmel; all jewels of the Lakes in
       their own right for Veterans and their families.
          The event is ACC organised by John  The Haverthwaite Steam Railway is
