with the Regiment deploying on DEFENDER

The Army Reserve School of Catering
continues to operate at pace running trade courses
as well as higher culinary skills courses; we have
just completed our popular chocolate skills course
ahead of Easter and we have another course running
in June. As this is being written, a bread course is
taking place with a healthy mixture of Regular and
Reserve personnel developing their skills.
Furthermore, the Regiment continues to offer
the troops other opportunities outside of catering
with personnel deployed on battlefield study to
Normandy, skiing adventure training to Norway in
Nov 21 and Austria in Mar 22.
